Coco Gardens is ideally located in a small residential community in the heart of Grace Bay ( the most popular area of Provo). Just a 2 minutes drive from the water’s edge of Grace Bay Beach, and a 5 minute drive from Long Bay Beach ( kiteboarders paradise), Sunset Beach and Pelican Beach. This villa's location is in upscale neighborhood in the main tourist resort area yet tucked away in quiet gardens. The famous Coco Bistro restaurant is literally a 4 min walk away and over 50 restaurants and bars are at most 10 min drive away. Provo Golf and Tennis Club are just 4 minutes by car. The local supermarket Graceway Gourmet IGA, Pharmacy, and Banking ATM's are within walking distance or just 2 minutes by car.
Perfect location to easily explore Grace Bay beach, shops, local eateries, duty free stores, ice cream parlors and nightlife. A car is recommended to truly enjoy and explore the island and more cost effective. Taxis can be expensive but are readily available. All our guests receive a 10% discount from Grace Bay Car Rentals (please mention our villa name at time of booking your car).
The villa is the same distance from the airport as Grace Bay, approx. 20 minutes.

The main living area is spacious, bright and colorful. Cathedral ceiling, AC and large ceiling fan. Smart TV, a selection of DVDs and a small library of reading material. ( take a book, leave a book).

Large fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters, second prep sink, wine fridge, dishwasher, microwave, range and a large variety of small appliances. Everything you may need for meals at home.
A large den/office with designated work station with WIFI and printer.(minimal stationery supplies) and extra seating area.
Fully screened sunporch with ceiling fans and lovely island breezes provides additional living space. A great place to enjoy your morning tea or late night drinks and card games.

Expansive private outdoor living area adorned by large palm trees and fragrant flowering bushes where you can relax and enjoy the island weather. There is a large covered Cabana with lounging area and additional bar seating for 4. Cabana area has full outdoor kitchen including BBQ, stove top, fridge and wet bar. Expansive outdoor deck with dining table for 6 and various extra seating. Jacuzzi tub ( you control the temperature) situated within the gardened deck for extra privacy.

Pool - Just a few homes share a large salt water pool (gated and directly across the road) with spacious terrace and children's shallow area. Chairs and pool toys are supplied for you to take to the beach and pool with you. Please ensure their return.

Plenty of parking available in the large private driveway.

The villa is equipped with a monitored security system and a personal safe.

Split AC units throughout the villa so you can just cool the rooms in use. Electricity is metered with a $20/max per day included in the nightly rate. Meter is read at arrival and departure. Any overage is charged to you at current island rate processed on credit card upon departure.

This island house is truly an example of relaxed tropical Caribbean living in the sunshine with added privacy. Resort like feel without the crowds.
