Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer. Twin bedroom with en suite shower room, and pateo doors to balcony. Downstairs to: 2 x twin bedrooms, both with pateo doors leading onto the pool terrace, shower room, plus a bathroom with bath, (with shower inside the bath). 2nd floor: 2 x Double bedroom with shower bathroom.
The villa is fully air conditioned (for heating & cooling) in the lounge and all the bedrooms.
From the pool terrace you can enjoy the sun, see and hear the sea ! On the poolside terraces there is a BBQ , dining table and a table tennis table.
The pool can be heated (swimming pool can be heated, this is an optional extra and Temperature will be between 26 - 28 degrees)
