Guests can use the private swimming pool, 10 metres by 5 with a depth of 1.4-1.95 m, complete with an outdoor shower and sunbeds. There is also a large balcony, a corner of the garden with a table, armchairs and a sofa and a stonework barbecue, as well as an area with table and chairs for outdoor breakfasts and dinners, and a play area for children. On the raised ground floor (six steps) there is an entrance/living room with TV, dining room with living area with TV, a large, well-equipped kitchen with fireplace and table, 3 double bedrooms, one bedroom with two beds, two bathrooms with shower. The basement has a large room with table football and ping pong, and a second room with 8 bicycles for the guests.

Villino Franco is in a flat area in a small village. It is quite peaceful, despite not being far from several shops.

Important information
The swimming pool is open from May 1st to September 30th. The house is in the small town of Villa Campanile. Only small pets are allowed. The second floor of the house is not inhabited.Activities and distances
