Villa Agrifoglio is a comfortably furnished 3-bedroom villa located near Florence in the Tuscany region of Italy. The villa offers a private swimming pool and will be the perfect location for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. In a quiet country setting, it lies 4 km from Vicchio, where you can find shops, restaurants, bus stops, and a train station. It is also within driving distance of Lake Bilancino (canoeing, sailing, windsurfing) and the Tuscan towns of Florence, Siena, and Lucca.

Villa Agrifoglio (195 sqm) develops over one level. On one side, it is bordered by another property where the owner lives, but the villa is completely independent, and the pool is for guests' exclusive use.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living room (with sofa, fireplace, satellite TV, and access to the veranda), a dining room (with dining table seating 8 and satellite TV), a well-equipped kitchen (with gas hob: 4 burners, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, American coffee maker, dishwasher) and utility room (with washing machine).

In the sleeping area you will find one double bedroom (with double bed), three twin bedrooms (each with two single beds), one single bedroom (with single bed) and three bathrooms (two with shower and one with hydromassage shower).
