From the house there is an exclusive private direct access to the small beach below of “Coda di Volpe” : 15 steps, a very short path of no more than twenty meters, and then the fine sandy beach. Along the path leading to the sea there is a small wooden house with beach equipment available to guests, and just off the beach there is a freshwater shower. The shoreline in front of the house is of small pebbles, and there are flat rocks in the sea. On the right, a few meters away, there is a sandy corridor that makes it easy to get down into the water.
For those who want an even easier sand-only entrance to the sea, 50 meters from the villa is the large, fine sandy beach of Settefrati, accessible through a private gate, adjacent to the house's private parking lot, reserved for the few villas in the area.
Also next to Coda di Volpe (sharing the same main gate) is Punta a Mare: another delightful residence for rent by the same owner.
