There are two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a bathroom with shower, double washbasins and there is a separate toilet.
A few metres away is the second house which is arranged as a very large family bedroom with a double bed and twin bunk beds with ample wardrobe and storage. (Plus tea making facilities for that early morning cup of tea!) There is a large bathroom with a corner bath, double washbasins and there is a separate toilet.
This house would be likely suitable for some wheelchair users (please ask for details).

By having two separate houses this accommodation is ideal for extended families or two-family arrangements. Privacy is an extra bonus with this arrangement.
Outside there is a paved area for alfresco dining and a built-in barbecue and there are extensive paved areas for lounging around the beautiful private pool and a small pleasant garden and off-road parking. ‘La Phare’ - the lighthouse of La Tranche - is in full view from the garden and this is a premium area of residential houses right up against the dunes and the forest with lovely walks and miles of safe cycle tracks.
The beaches are just a few minutes walk away and extend for more than 8 kilometres with fabulous surfing, rock pools and two beach cafes. Local shops, bars, banks, a church, restaurants and tourist facilities are only 10 minutes walk or two minutes drive away and there’s a large supermarket about five minutes drive away.
