Opal Reef Villa at Templemoon is a luxury executive, but competitively priced 3BR 2.5 bathroom villa with a private walkway to Port Douglas's iconic white-sand Four Mile Beach.

It has undercover parking. We provide an excellent insiders guide to Port Douglas. Linen and beach towels provided. Cot, stair gate, stroller and high chair available.

We have a four-night minimum because of high cleaning, pool and garden costs. Do not do an instant book for less than four nights. Send a message to the owner if you want less than four nights and we will negotiate.

Cancellation. We do not profit from cancellation and we try and do what is fair. If you cancel a month or more out we refund in full. If you cancel less than a month out we refund up to the full amount depending on whether we get a full or partial replacement booking, less whatever HomeAway takes in fees.

It is a short trip to the Daintree River where you can take the various river cruises and see the local wildlife and to Cape Tribulation to where the oldest rainforest in the world meets the Great Barrier Reef -- the world's largest living thing. Drive yourself or pick up one of the many terrific tours available.

Then there are the breath-taking Atherton Tablelands with their stunning crater lakes and majestic waterfalls -- just a short drive away.

Do as much or as little as you like! Sight see, swim, snorkle, dive, fish, wine and dine and shop. Or just kick back and relax by your own pool or the famous Four Mile Beach.

Opal Reef is an exceptionally well appointed villa, recently refurbished with top-quality furnishings. It has a designer and well-equipped kitchen. But we can organize a range of catering services if you want a break from cooking. Also, ask us to recommend our favourite restaurants to you as well as our favourite take-outs and our favourite special delis and fruiterers.

Opal Reef Villa has designer bathrooms with a spa bath in the main bathroom. It has a well-equipped internal laundry with dryer and ironing facilities. If you plan to stay for more than a week we can arrange for your villa to be serviced.

It is walking distance to a delightfully informal family-friendly restaurant, a friendly pub and shops. it is a short drive to Port Douglas Village. Also a nearby free shuttle bus can take you to the Port Douglas Village where you will find some of Australia's best restaurants and boutiques.
