Solar panels maintain water heating and energy capture, (there are more than 250 lamps arranged to warmly illuminate their environments). In its original composition, it has three suites, thus, ideally, it hosts three couples comfortably. But the house also has a TV room with a sofa bed that can be closed and reverted into a fourth suite.
