The Space:
The villa spreads over three levels. The villa’s entrance is through the large terrace, featuring a heated swimming pool with jets & counter current unit, lounge area, and outdoor living area with dining table for 10, large barbecue, and a summer kitchen. At this level, there is a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a spacious living room. This area is beautifully decorated in light and dark colors combined with wooden elements, giving it a home away from home feel. The floor to ceiling windows bring in an abundance of natural light and provide a direct exit to the terrace. With an indoor and outdoor sound system, this makes an ideal gathering area for the guests. On this level, there is a guest toilet, an entertainment room with Playstation 4 and board games, and a double en suite bedroom with an exit to a private terrace.
On the upper floor, there are two double en suite bedrooms, each with its own balcony. One bedroom has a sea view, and the other one overlooks the pool terrace. The basement features a charming spa area with a sauna, shower bath, and lounge chairs. Opposite the spa, there is one more double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a private terrace. From this terrace, there is a path with a few stairs leading up to the pool area.
