Villa Franca is an immaculate and well-maintained property situated in a beautiful location. The main floor consists of spacious lounge opening to the terrace, dining room and a kitchen. The sleeping area offers one double bedroom with en-suite tub and shower; one double bedroom with extra bed available; two further double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. There are also three bathrooms with shower.

From the main floor, you will go downstairs, where there are a large living room (which can accommodate twenty people), a bar area and a bathroom with WC only. From this floor, you will access directly the beautiful garden.

Villa Franca benefits from a fantastic partly sheltered terrace, which is comfortably furnished with table and chairs to enjoy dining "al fresco" and to make the most of the Italian summer time.

This, together with the large rooms having high ceilings, ensures the villa is always cool in the summer, while in the winter months the central heating and the fireplace make it cozy and welcoming.
