Going up from the El Golfet beach, on the heights of the village, from where you can admire spectacular scenic views of the sea, we find CASA DEL MAR, a traditional hacienda completely newly renovated in an exclusive and privileged place to spend days of unforgettable summer and magical nights illuminated by the warm lights of the village projected on the bay.

Each room offers its own bathroom and dressing room. All rooms have been decorated with great care, combining natural textures, wood, soft colors and light textiles that offer simplicity in the vast spaces and create a unique sense of well-being.

The feeling of Mediterranean light is present throughout the house. The living room, a spacious room, is organized in two spaces, on one hand a chill-out with sea view ideal to rest, read a book or for the aperitif between friends, and on the other hand a lounge, very cozy , in the fireplace area with a large natural linen sofa.

The living room is separated by sliding wooden doors, leading to a dining room composed of a main family reunion table and a large open kitchen, where soft materials such as microcement and natural stone are mixed, the kitchen is fully equipped and is very spacious. The architecture of this space allows to open or close the arches thanks to its wrought iron windows, thus giving the pleasant feeling of being able to live "inside and outside".

In the heart of the house we find a patio of light that evokes the colonial architecture of the houses of the charming neighboring town of Begur. This patio has in its center a majestic plant that dresses the entire roof with exotic leaves that transmit warmth and serenity to the space.

The house has three floors, connected by a staircase decorated with hydraulic tiles and an elevator that leads to the basement with the independent studio (extra bedroom).

The whole hacienda is surrounded by gardens, special corners designed to feel relaxed in moments of reading, dinner, after-dinner, rest.

It is necessary to emphasize the swimming pool of the terrace with floor of microcemento and the illumination of all the house thought to create an atmosphere of comfort, tranquility and pleasure, an idyllic place to share.

From the house you can go down to the Golfet beach in a few minutes by the typical stairs of the town.

In Calella de Palafrugell you can still breathe its past as a fishing village, framed in the Costa Brava, which bathes its small coves with charming beaches and wooden boats. The magic in Calella comes from the sea to the land, you feel it when you walk along the promenade and its voltes, work place of old fishermen and transformed now into restaurants of Ampurdanesa cuisine, when you enter the town, losing yourself through its cobbled streets of red geraniums and feeling the Mediterranean light.
