Free amenities such as tennis court, tennis table, soccer, basket dinghy, sailing, canoeing, bicycles, and 9 holes private golf are available at no extra cost. There is also a home gym within the villa.
An additional independent guest house with 2 beds kitchen and bathroom is available on special request.Located between Arona and Stresa on Lake Maggiore shores, Villa Divertido is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the attractions of the wonderful Italian lake district. Guests can also use bikes, canoes and the sailing dinghy boat offered by the owner.On request it is possible to book an excursion with the owner’s helicopter or a cruise with the owner’s 15 meter vintage sailing boat and 12 meters vintage wooden motorboat.The estate is located in an exclusive gated community, far from the bustle of the road that runs along the lake shore. The lush garden extends over 80.000 sqm (20 acres) and is planted with native flowers, fruit trees and aromatic herbs.Proximity to the village also ensures that all essential amenities are close at hand, at a ten minutes walk including, restaurants, cafés, a supermarket, bakery, post office, bank, hairdressers, bus stop. The friendly owners live in a separate villa inside the property (50 meters from Villa Divertido) they are eager to offer you the finest services while granting your privacy.It is possible to have a 9th and 10th guest stay in the annex which has two twin beds, a small kitchen and full bath. For 2 extra guests, please add $3,800 for the week.Welcome dinner included on the day of arrival as well as basic grocery shopping: milk, coffee, tea, bread, biscuits, sugar, salt, water, fruit, eggs, oil, butter, jam, orange juice,cereals.Completely restored, Villa Divertido is a fully AC spacious house (350 sqm/3767 sq ft) and develops on one level therefore is suitable to people with walking difficulties. The villa has four en suite bedrooms (shower). It features a spacious living room with working fireplace, a large and superb kitchen equipped for the most ardent cook, and a dining area opening onto a shaded pergola for al fresco dining.
Upstairs, in the loft area above the living room, there is an additional open space /living area with pool table.

There is excellent hiking in the Valle Grande and elsewhere, and equally excellent golfing with 2 golf courses in the nearby ( 15 minutes driving ) and more than 7 within 40 minutes driving.
Tours in the area include Stresa, the Borromeo Islands, Brissago Islands, Arona, Villa Taranto (botanical gardens), and the Cannero Riviera. A 10 min drive gets you to the ferry launches in Belgirate, while the romantic Lake Orta with Isola S.Giulio is only at 15 min drive.
