At the entrance you will find a piece of land planted with a magnificent palm tree which sets the tone for your holiday.
By opening the front door, you access a spacious and crossing room combining open kitchen on the living room.
You will appreciate the day area available to you with its modern decoration.

The Villa is composed on the ground floor:

- A beautiful island kitchen with everything you need to cook and a table that can accommodate 6 guests.
- A living room, with a view of the swimming pool, equipped with a sofa and a flat screen.
- A master suite with a 160 double bed, bedside table and bedside lamp, dressing room and a bathroom with shower and vanity unit.
- a separate toilet.
- Outside, a terrace with a table and chairs to sit on summer evenings and enjoy a barbecue with family or friends.
- A swimming pool with crystal clear water surrounded by synthetic grass and sunbathing for a guaranteed tan!!!

Upstairs you will find:

- 2 bedrooms with in each of them a 160 double bed, bedside table, bedside lamp and dressing room.
- A magnificent up-to-date bathroom with shower and a double sink unit.
- An outdoor terrace, overlooking the front of the villa, accessible from the bedroom or through the hallway with a distant view of the sea plunged into the horizon.

A garage is also at your disposal to store bicycles or motorcycles. A private parking space, in front of the garage, is reserved for you to park your vehicle.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, you will find all the comfort you need.

All you have to do is put on your swimsuit and choose between swimming in the pool in crystal clear water or the warm sand of the Mediterranean Sea.

Parties and gatherings of more than 6 people are not permitted in the accommodation.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa.

The accommodation is managed by a concierge who intervenes for your well-being.

Welcome products offered on your arrival: Coffee doses, shower gel, shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, garbage bag and toilet paper.

The cleaning will be carried out by our concierge service, with health protocol in times of COVID, but this does not exclude that you will be asked to leave the accommodation clean, tidy, dishes done and put away in the cupboards, empty bins and barbecue own.

Please note that a deposit check of 1500€ will be requested upon arrival for the handing over of the keys.
