Our villa is the perfect choice for families, couples, business trips. Parties are NOT allowed. Due to bad experiences, large young groups of friends under 25 years old are not accepted.

General house rules in Dalmatia apply to our house as well, meaning the outside noise levels should be kept low after 23:00h.

During July and August, arrival and departure should be on the weekends. If you have a different arrangement in mind, message us beforehand, we are flexible.
