* Refundable Security Deposit: $5,000 required.

* 30–180 Day Leases: A combined tax rate of 17.96% applies.
* 6+ Month Leases: Reduced tax rate of 4.712% for extended stays.
Special Pricing is available for extended stays of 2 months or more between April 20, 2024 – January 2, 2025.
