The property features 2 small private lakes as well as private access to the Virgin River. Kayaks, paddle boards, and life vests are available on site at no additional cost. Other amenities include a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, private home theater, 2 full-size pickle ball courts, playground, and game room. The house proudly offers 11 large luxurious bedrooms with the additional semi private sleeping areas that combine sleep 58 people! 7 of the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and 4 of the bedrooms have shared bathrooms. In total, the house has 12 bathrooms.
