Included for rent are fiber, heated swimming pool (8x4m), end-of-stay cleaning, sheets, bath towels.
On the leisure side, we offer: ping-pong table, basketball basket, darts, football cage, concrete terrace of the horse box ideal for rollerblading, volleyball net.
A deposit of 2000€ will be requested by the host. For bookings of less than 2 weeks blocked on account, released at your exit. For bookings of more than 2 weeks, it will be cashed by credit card and refunded at the exit.
The villa is equipped with sound detectors so as to avoid the organisation of unauthorized parties or events.
Within the "Domaine des Rouvières", you will find 3 living spaces each integrating kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathroom, terrace, laundry room.
The duplex (2 bedrooms) is mainly on the upper level of the house. It is the most generous space in its volumes and the surface offered. This magnificent T3 extends over about 140 m². When the house is used as a whole, it is also the natural gathering place of the house.
On the lower level you will find 2 accommodations, one with 3 bedrooms and one with 2 bedrooms.
The particularly well thought out architecture of this property allows to live by having these three spaces connected together or to be able at the chosen moments to each have its independence. It is ideal with family, friends or colleagues to be able to alternate at will the shared moments and the moments of intimacy.
The common areas are conducive to conviviality whether it is the pool area and its large terrace, the fitness room, the garden or the different terraces and their BBQ. Everything is thought out so that you can create lasting memories of your stay. The commissioning and heating of the pool are from the 1st week of the Easter holidays (French school holidays) until the last week of the All Saints holidays (French school holidays).
With its large living / dining room open to the upper terrace, the duplex T3 offers all the comforts for breakfasts, meals or aperitifs overlooking the countryside and the pool. The large open kitchen fully equipped is ideal for concocting small dishes to share. It is the natural place of gathering.
The 2 suites each offer a large bedroom, an office, a dressing room and a private bathroom for one and a bathroom for the other.
All rooms in the house are equipped with new beds 160x190, the bedding is of quality and all the rooms are air conditioned for your comfort. There are three laundry rooms in the house, one per living space.
The terrace of the first level is equipped with 2 large tables but also 2 lounge areas.
On the lower level, you will find a first housing with 3 bedrooms. The living/dining room is spacious with a fully equipped open kitchen. This overlooks a large terrace where you will have the choice between high table, coffee table and dining table. The three bedrooms are spacious and equipped with fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is very functional, and the toilet is separate.
The second dwelling on the lower level provides 2 bedrooms. You will find an equipped kitchen open to the living / dining room, 2 bedrooms with closet, a bathroom, a separate toilet. One of the bedrooms and the living room overlooks a large terrace dedicated and also equipped with a high table, a coffee table and a dining table. There is possibility to add 2 single beds.

You have a large parking lot that can accommodate many cars. The dirt road can make access difficult with a sports car.

No events or parties
Arrival time: 4pm - 7pm, departure time: 9am - 11am. In summer, the agency will define the time of provision of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.

You are particularly close to the Grand Rouvière wine estate where you can taste wine, olive oil, cooked wine and honey.
