The villa is situated in the South Shores Resort, a secure gated community opposite Links Lady Bay Golf Course. Only a few metres away from a beautifully decked swimming pool, parklike lawned area with a meandering boardwalk to the beach. A secure area for children to play in safety and enjoy the open spaces.
Villa 7 features three bedrooms, all with queen size beds and a double bunk in the third bedroom, two bathrooms, upstairs powder room and a large open living/dining/kitchen area has bifold doors opening on the deck giving a light and airy feel to the room. The kitchen has all Smeg appliances. The villa is complimented by a smart modern decor.
