TVilla Acamas is a modern, 5-star, three-bedroom holiday property accommodating up to seven guests, located in the resort area of Protaras on the southeast coast of Cyprus. Protaras is known for its white-sand beaches and hidden coves, with Fig Tree Bay being the most well-known. The villa is positioned in a quiet setting yet remains within walking distance of the coastline. Recently constructed, the villa features a contemporary architectural design with a focus on clean lines, white finishes, and extensive use of glass to maximise natural light and views.
Indoors, the open-plan ground floor comprises a living area, dining space, and kitchen. The room is bright and airy, thanks to bi-fold doors that open onto the terrace. A bathroom is also located on this level.
The first floor includes three bedrooms. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony. The remaining two bedrooms—one double and one twin—share a second bathroom.
The outdoor area includes a private swimming pool with Roman steps, sun loungers, and a spacious dining area equipped with a barbecue and ample preparation space—well-suited for outdoor dining. There is also a conveniently located outdoor shower.
Villa Acamas is in a fantastic spot, quiet but within a short walk of the most fantastic beach and many shops and restaurants.
Fig Tree Bay is Protaras’ jewel in the crown! It was named after a solitary fig tree which stands at the headland of the beach. With its brilliant white sand, fantastic crystal clear water and Blue Flag status, it is the most popular beach, but there are others such as Louma Bay and Vrisri Beach. They are all be buzzing with people, watersports, cafes and restaurants.
Protaras is just a stone’s throw from the tourist hotspot Ayia Napa with its huge range of busy clubs and bars and 14 Blue Flag beaches. Of them, Makronissos Beach leads the way with watersports, whereas the family-friendly Sandy Beach has gently shelving sand. Ayia Napa is associated with beach parties, karaoke bars and nightclubs, but there is a more sophisticated side to it too. It has lovely cobbled streets, harbourside tavernas and a Medieval monastery.
Nicosia, the capital, is just an hour away by car. You can explore the pretty charming town within its Venetian sandstone walls, wander around the churches and museums and browse the jewellers and fabric shops. The pedestrianised Laiki Geitonia area is fantastic for souvenirs and there are plenty of places to stop for a reviving Cypriot coffee!
Varosha, a 40-minute drive, was deserted overnight during the Turkish invasion and is now eerie but interesting to see. A short boat trip will take you to Cape Grecko park, which is excellent for nature lovers and fantastic for snorkelling; furthermore, it has amazing views.
The Villa Villa Acamas is just 5 minutes walk to the beach and other amenities. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and it sleeps up to 6 people.
