The villa is on two floors. On one is the kitchen, large salon, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, a large bathroom (with bath and separate shower), a shower room and a toilet. One the other is a further twin bedroom, a large second "kids" salon (with two small sofa beds) and utility room. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Both the salon and kitchen open out onto separate covered eating areas and the house sits in a terraced garden. The house has wi-fi.
There is a pool area (enclosed by young child-proof fencing and gates) with its own outdoor shower. If you're here when they're in season there are fig, olive and cherry trees in the garden (in fact the trees are there all year round, it's just the fruit that is seasonal...).
Car parking is in the grounds and comfortably fits 4 cars.
The house is a genuine 5 minute walk into the village.
The village has two bars (one also being a restaurant), a further restaurant, a boulangerie and a village shop.
