- Beautiful 45m2 master suite with dressing room and a waxed concrete bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub, private toilet.
- A TV lounge with a sofa bed for 2 additional people.
- Smart TV Hd: you can watch your favorite series by connecting to Netflix or Prime.
- Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and clothes horse to have clean clothes in all circumstances and ironing kit to avoid wrinkled dresses or shirts.

Note:
In October and April, pool heating is available on request and for an additional charge of 80 euros per day.
The swimming pool is winterized from November to March inclusive.

No open fires are allowed.
You will have access to the entire Mas des Campanets. No part of the house is shared.
Other remarks:
Underfloor cooling is a special form of cooling that helps avoid heat peaks in homes. Thanks to this method, it is now possible to gain 5°C to 8°C compared to the outside, which is particularly appreciable in terms of comfort during periods of high heat.
