Our condo is an Ocean Villa in the Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort, building C. We've designed this unit for family fun with kids, or for quiet couples. We recommend booking a second unit if you are traveling as a group of more than 2-3 adults. Great for a couples retreat. Our condo has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, two child size bunk beds just outside the master bedroom, and a sleeper sofa for the older kids. A quiet private balcony to enjoy the sunrise with coffee, and all just a 3 minute walk till the sand warms your toes.
At our place you'll find the following for the beach: 2 beach chairs, beach wagon, soft sided cooler, beach umbrella, umbrella stake, and sand toys.
Our place converts to child friendly too! You'll also find stored away, a baby bath, booster seat,
pack n play (however, linens not included), a high chair, bottle warmer, bottle sterilizer for the microwave, children's dinnerware, bib shirts, wooden toys, dominoes, board games, sink and toilet step stools, potty-seat, and rounded edge furniture that wipes down easily!
You can also hop the FREE Hilton Head Breeze trolley and venture the islands beauty, wildlife, attractions, beaches, bike trails, restaurants and shopping.
THINGS TO NOTE:
-We are on the first floor of the Ocean Villa C building, there are 7 steps to the first floor and there is also a ramp for wheelchairs, luggage carts, etc.
-Pool Hours are 9am - 9pm 365 days a year
-There are two restaurants, a beach bar, ice cream stand, and coffee grab and go on site.
-Resort amenities include:
2 Outdoor pools
10 hardcourt pickle and tennis courts
Playground and climbing structures
3 BBQ picnic areas / charcoal grills, bring your own charcoal
Basketball and handball court
Bike rentals on premise (must reserve online)
Beach gear rentals on remise
There are family game nights by the pool, hair braiding, karaoke, magicians, visits from the Discovery Museum, and more!
-Our resort is a gated, security-on-premise community
-This resort does not allow pets
-This resort does not allow E-Bikes
-Guests need to be 23 to book and stay
-Ocean Villas are approximately 540 sq ft and parties with more than 2-3 adults are encouraged to book a second unit.
-Quiet time is 10pm-8am
-The resort does not allow towels or anything to be hung over balcony railings.
