Beautiful and spacious house with private pool and magnificent views of the Bay of Roses. The house in a very quiet environment has large terraces and parking area. Capacity 8 people and a 1 baby.
On the ground floor we find:
- Large hall with toilet.
- Living and dining room with access to the terrace overlooking the Bay of Roses.
- Fully equipped kitchen with access to the outside.
- Barbecue area with pergola, table and chairs.
- Swimming pool (4mx4m).
- Parking for 3 cars
On the first floor we find 4 rooms and is distributed in:
- 1 bedroom with double bed, a suite bathroom with bathtub and dressing room.
- 1 bedroom with double bed.
- 1 bedroom with double bed and a single bed.
- 1 bedroom with single bed and 'cot'
- 1 bathroom with shower
- Access to the terrace with spectacular views of the Bay of Roses.
- Bedsheets and towels are included.
The house does not have air conditioning or stable internet connection.
The urbanization 'Mas Fumats' located in a place of easy access, 3km from the coastal town of Roses and the beaches. It is a quiet and residential area, which developed in the 70’s. For its exposed location in the Pre-Pyrenees, you can enjoy spectacular views of the bay of Roses. Supermarkets and restaurants are two minutes away by car.
Roses is an active city all year round. It offers varied and interesting activities and attractions for all types of travellers. Driving a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play minigolf, boat trips to Cape Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train for a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres, an immersion in the Medes Islands nature reserve, animations in summer, walk along the promenade with many restaurants and their local specialties. Not to mention the nice rest on the sandy beach. The beaches of Roses enjoy an internationally recognized environmental quality certificate.

To the indicated prices it is necessary to add the tourist tax of 1,00 € per person over 16 years. The tax is per person and per day (with a maximum of 7€ per person and stay).
