The kidney-shaped pool, measuring approximately 9.4m x 4.5m, features electric heating, a pool cover, and elegant roman steps. Bask in the sun's warmth on the covered patio, equipped with a dining table and chairs for delightful alfresco meals. Abundant sun loungers and a sun umbrella provide ample space for relaxation, while a barbecue area and a pool table and ping pong table offer endless hours of entertainment.

While off-street parking is available, it is worth noting that a car is not essential for a stay in Matagorda, though it can be advantageous for exploring the island.

The owner of this villa will require copies of the passports for all the guests prior to arrival. This is a legal requirement to do with the registration of the villa and the guests with the Spanish authorities.
