The villa is arranged over two floors, each with a private entrance but always rented as one unit so you enjoy total privacy.

The top floor features a large open-plan living room with comfy sofas, TV and large dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, & coffee maker.

The first bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk style bed above, the second bedroom has a double bed. There is ample wardrobe space.

The family bathroom has a contemporary walk-in shower.

The light and airy ground floor apartment has it's own private entrance - perfect for grandparents or a couple wanting extra privacy. It features an open-plan living room with stunning mountain views. There is a kitchenette with fridge, hob, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. There is a breakfast table for 2 which can also be used as a workspace desk.

There is a large double bed and a wardrobe. The en-suite has a WC, Sink and walk-in shower.

Outside there are various areas to relax, soak up the sun, read a book or have a glass of wine.

First there is the covered dining area with table and shaded seating. Next to this is the the pool terrace with loungers and hammock. There are two additional seating areas outside the entrances to each floor. Also at the rear of the property you'll find the terraced gardens with tropical planting.

In addition to the wonderful sea and mountain views, you'll get to enjoy gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Some days you can even see Africa!

The final jewel in the crown is the private swimming pool which is not overlooked.

The villa has reliable, fast Wifi and Air-Conditioning in the ground floor apartment and the living room of the main house.

About the Area:
The villa is located on a peaceful hillside over-looking Almuñécar and the Mediterranean Sea.

The area is popular with foodies, para-gliders, cyclists, hikers and water sports enthusiasts.

The Costa Tropical enjoys a great all year round climate and the surrounding hills are planted with tropical fruit trees including avocado, mango, figs, almonds, olives, lemons and oranges.

Almuñécar has supermarkets, bakers, butchers, fishmongers and markets. There's a wide range of fabulous restaurants and of course 19km of beaches and coves to explore.

For diving enthusiasts there's the best underwater scenery in South Spain from Marina Del Este.

The nearest golf course (Los Moriscos) is at Playa Granada next to Salobreña.

Our villa is perfect for those looking to get away from it all, relax and soak up the summer sun. However it's also great for those wanting to get out and explore the wider region.

From the traditional white villages (including Frigiliana and the Alpujarras), the popular resort of Nerja, to the spectacular Alhambra Palace in Granada City and the Ski resort of the Sierra Nevada.

Getting around:
A car is essential and there is on-street parking outside the villa. The villa offers the best of both worlds - peace and tranquility whilst also not being too far from all the amenities in town. In less than 10 mins you can be on the beach, at the supermarket or in a fabulous restaurant.

The villa is less than1 hour drive from both Malaga and Granada Airports.

Guest access:
Guest enjoy private access to the property for the duration of their stay. Our gardener / pool person visits twice per week to tend to the grounds & look after the pool. They do not need access inside the villa.
