The Neighborhood:
Beautifully restored in a traditional Provencal style, Domaine de la Vène can accommodate up to 22 guests across 11 bedrooms, split between the main house and an adjoining cottage. The property has a swimming pool and a pool house, two kitchens, a prep kitchen, a dining room, two reception rooms (one of which is a cinema room), and multiple outdoor seating areas. Sitting in the foothills of the Pyrenees, there is a wonderful amount to explore in this culturally rich region of the South of France - wine tours and cooking lessons, wild swimming spots, amongst various other activities. The medieval city of Carcassonne is nearby, and there are beautiful beaches within a day trip distance (Gruissan Plage is 75km).

The house is wonderfully private, set back from any roads and with land as far the eye can see (the whole estate is 630 acres), it is a breathtaking unspoilt Mediterranean landscape.

Getting Around:
● There is a free-to-use parking area next to the house.

✈ The property is perfectly located only a half-an-hour drive from Carcassonne. Toulouse Airport is a 1.5-hour car ride away, and Montpellier Airport is a 2-hour car ride from the property.

⚡In light of the current situation, we kindly ask your guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.

∗Please note that а refundable damage deposit of £2000 is mandatory and must be paid via card using the link we will provide before you check in. Property inspection occurs post-checkout, and if no damages are observed, the deposit is refunded to the card used for payment within 7 days.
