The spacious covered terrace invites you to dine outdoors, especially in the evening when barbecuing and chilling. You can relax and enjoy the sun on the sun loungers by the pool. The partial sea view lets the soul come to rest.
Two cars are protected from the sun in the carport. Other cars park on the private property. The pedestrianized location and the fenced property ensure the safety of the children.
The hot water is treated sustainably with the help of sufficient solar areas on the roof. The villa is winterproof and has underfloor heating on the entire area.
