It has a spacious garden, fully fenced and full of corners where both young and old can enjoy. The ground floor has a kitchen, living room, a small sitting room, and a bathroom. On the upper floor, there are three double bedrooms, two of them with direct access to the balcony.

Ground floor: Upon entering, the kitchen is on the right, and the living room is on the left. It also has a bathroom and a small sitting room.

First floor: 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Garage: Accessed from the ground floor.

SURF LOVERS:
Undoubtedly, it is a highly appreciated place for those who enjoy this sport. Close to the best surf beaches, attracting surfers from all over the world, such as Somo and Loredo. There are several surf schools in the vicinity, one of them just 400 meters away.

MANDATORY CHECK IN
We will send you an email to complete the online check-in on the same day as the booking confirmation, and we will send it to you again 7 days before your arrival. Check-in is a mandatory procedure and is essential for accessing any of our accommodations. Check-in must be completed 20 hours before arrival. DEPOSIT:
To facilitate your arrival, you will receive a request to make a security deposit online a few days before your arrival. This security deposit will not be charged to your bank account. This procedure is authorized by your booking platform.
