Casa Freya is a comfortable Sardinia home for rent, one of the most popular tourist destinations in the north of the island. It is ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a good compromise between a relaxing beach holiday and cultural and entertainment experiences, in contact with local traditions.

The house, located on the second floor of a detached villa, is accessible via a short staircase outside. This opens onto a lovely balcony equipped with a dining table and chairs, where it will be a pleasure to enjoy an aperitif or dinner in the company of other guests.

The location of the flat is perfect for reaching the centre of Palau's nightlife, as well as its port, within a few minutes' walk.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
Casa Freya is internally composed of a living area with attention to every detail, divided in turn into a living room with sofa and television and a functional kitchen with oven and a large dining table. The furnishing elements are modern and essential, giving the entire flat a cosy and clean look.

The sleeping area is also consistent with the refined style of the house. It is divided into three bedrooms: the master bedroom, which is large and has an en-suite bathroom, another double bedroom and finally a twin bedroom with a bunk bed. The flat also houses a second bathroom, equipped with a washing machine.

Palau, Sardinia is a coastal resort in the north of the island and it offers the right combination of natural beauty and activities of all kinds and for all ages.

One of Palau's strengths is undoubtedly its proximity to the enchanting La Maddalena Archipelago and National Park, which can be reached in just twenty minutes by ferry. The islands, with their white sandy beaches and crystal-clear sea, can be visited either independently or by organising fun boat trips. Among them, we recommend: Cala Coticcio beach on the island of Caprera, Cala Spalmatore on the island of La Maddalena and Cala Soraya on the island of Spargi.

For trekking lovers, just outside Palau and at an altitude of 120 metres is one of the symbols of the town: the Roccia dell'Orso (Bear Rock), whose name derives precisely from the bear-like conformation that this granite rock has taken on over time. Once you reach the top, the panorama in front of you will leave you speechless.

- Electricity and water should be paid at the end of the stay on consumption.
- in case of cancellation within the terms of which a refund is expected, a 25 euro cancellation management fee will be charged. Bank transfer costs are not refundable
- Air conditioning is present in all bedrooms except one
