The villa, all on one level, can accommodate up to 7 people.
The property includes a small, well-equipped kitchen and a bright living area with a fireplace, dining table, and satellite TV. A large French window opens to the terrace, offering a beautiful sea view.

The sleeping area includes 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, each with windows and showers.
The master bedroom features a writing desk and a double bed, while the adjacent room offers two single beds and a large desk for studying or remote work. Both bedrooms offer spectacular views of the entire bay.
The third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, overlooks the garden, and includes a double bed and a single bed.

THE GARDEN
The private garden is fully enclosed and measures approximately 650 square meters. It gently slopes from the driveway to the gate leading to the beach. Next to the gate, there is a shower for rinsing off after enjoying the beach.

The garden is spread on three sides and features a lawn with plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub and decorative planters.

The villa has ample space for parking up to three cars.
