The villa has been recently renovated, has 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a new fully equipped kitchen, a lounge and dining room. Outside a very spacious covered terrace with large dining table, lounge area and barbecue cottage.
The 4 bedrooms consist of 2 rooms with king size box springs and 2 rooms that can be set up as 2 king size or 4 single beds. There is a spacious wardrobe in every room.
The kitchen is equipped with an integrated dishwasher, microwave and oven, induction hob and American fridge with freezer, coffee maker and kettle.
The salon is equipped for 8 people, has a flat-screen TV with access to Meo and international channels.
At the front of the house is a room with washing machine and dryer.
