The living/dining area features a TV (flat screen) and an exit leading to the terrace. There is a separate living room with a window overlooking the courtyard and an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only). The kitchen area is open-plan and well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine (Capsules for Nespresso machine are provided).
