From here, crossing the garden you can access a private sunbathing area equipped with deckchairs. The villa is located in the hamlet of Porto Ottiolu, in a strategic position, just a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Budoni and all the necessary services. You can easily walk to the centre of the village, with its shops, restaurants and clubs. In addition, water sports, snorkelling and diving, as well as boat trips, horse riding and much more are available nearby.

Cosy semi-detached villa on the ground floor with a separate entrance. The living room is spacious and offers a living area with TV and sofa bed, an open kitchen and a dining area. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower complete the accommodation.
At guests' disposal are fans, a washing machine and parking space adjacent to the villa.
