Welcome to Our Little Beach of Heaven! Your private villa is a 2-bedroom 2-bath unit on the 4th floor for amazing views of the beautiful oceanfront sunrise you can enjoy right from your private balcony. Don't worry about the stairs though because the elevator is just around the corner! You can't beat the views here! Ocean view? YES! Marsh View? YES! Lagoon View with a fountain? YES!
You will also overlook the private boardwalk that takes you right to the beach! We even have a
ground-level storage area with a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and beach toys, so you'll have
everything you need for a day at the beach without ever getting in your car. There is even a charming
little beach bar at the end of the boardwalk where you can grab a quick bite or a refreshing drink.
Note that the beach bar is closed from November through Mid-March.
Hilton Head Island has over 64 miles of public walking/biking paths, and you can rent bikes right at
the resort so you can explore the island without having to deal with traffic. It is the absolute best
way to see Hilton Head Island. If you don't want to ride bikes, there is a free seasonal island trolley
service that stops right at the front of the resort.

No parking fees at Hilton Head Resort. Guests must be registered at the Security Gate before entering.
Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.
