The house is situated in a prestigious private residence (Residence Zinibiri), on a panoramic position on a hill, with privacy and a lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi with spectacular views of the sea and mountains. From the kitchen-living room there is a porch overlooking the sea where you can have lunch and dinner. The house is equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV and a private parking for two cars.
In the garden there are a barbecue and a stone shower.
