Next to the pool there is a rustic room with a full kitchen, wood-burning oven and barbecue.
Outside we have a long stone table with 12/13 seats ideal for lunch/dinner or simply enjoy an aperitif with pool view.
The villa is surrounded by an outdoor area of about 200² with garden,private pool, outdoor shower fountain and ample private parking.
The entrance gate is wooden and automatic.
