It is only 16 km from the Presola and Gorghi Tondi Nature Reserve and 38 km from the Selinunte Archaeological Park (the largest in Europe).

Just a 2-minute walk from the sea, this cozy and quiet chalet offers you a 780 sqm garden with lawn, perfect for sunbathing or relaxing under the olive tree to read a book. During the night of St. Lawrence, between August 9 and 10, you can admire the falling stars reviving the magic of the cosmos. Outside, there are two verandas with two barbecues, a wood-burning oven, a kitchenette, a washbasin, a washing machine with special dangers, a shower, a small adjoining room, used as a storage room and a large car. The house is built on a plot of 900 sqm of which 120 occupied by the house which is divided into 6.5 rooms: a large air-conditioned entrance / living room, a living room with sofa bed, fireplace and tv, rustic kitchen equipped with oven, fridge. And also: a closet, a double bedroom with tv and air conditioning, a bedroom with a single bed also air-conditioned and finally the bathroom with shower.
Interaction with guests
Guests staying at Tonnarella Beach House for Summer 2017 will be welcomed by Andrea's parents. Andrea and Valerio are temporarily in Germany for a short period of time, Andrea's parents will take care of their guests, they will be available for any information on the area and on the home. Vito and Licia are a young and friendly Sicilian couple, Vito is very enterprising, sociable and confidant, Licia is sweet, apprehensive and extroverted.
Neighborhood overview
Near the villa there is nothing missing: There are several beaches on the beach where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, but also pizzerias, grocers and supermarkets. In the surrounding area there is also a typical bakery where they also prepare good pizza for cutting and bread. A medical guard is a few hundred meters away. The villa is located in the town of Mazara del Vallo, renowned for being the first fishing port in Italy, for its famous Tunisian neighborhood (Casbah, 7,3 km) and its paved pavilions with pottery telling the story of this beautiful city . In the historic center there are several tourist attractions and places of historical interest such as the Dancing Satire Museum (7,5 km) and Il Teatro Garibaldi considered one of the smallest theaters in the world. Shopping enthusiasts do not lack business premises as well as a wide variety of activities for dining and entertainment. In the evening it enjoys a beautiful waterfront about 4 km long where you can dine outdoors with a view of the sea. Within 100 km you can visit the beautiful city of Palermo, as well as the famous islands Egadi, Erice, Segesta, Agrigento with its Acropolis.

Also, during San Lorenzo's night, between August 9th and 10th, it becomes a fascinating and romantic spot to enjoy the shooting stars brightening the magic of the cosmos up.
The outside of the house includes two spaty patios with two BBQs, a wood oven, a small rustic kitchenette, a washing machine, an openair shower and a private parking lot.
The house is built on a plot of 900 sq mt of which 120 are occupied by the house that it is divided into 6. 5 rooms: a large open space with air conditioning, living room with sofa bed, fireplace and TV, fully equipped Rustic kitchen with refrigerator and mini bar. Also, there is a utility room, a double bad room with a TV and air conditioning, a bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with shower. Bikes are available under request for those who crave for a relaxing riding on the sea walks.
