On the ground floor, discover a meticulously equipped open kitchen and a cozy living room adorned with a dining table, satellite TV (including international channels - TV Vlaanderen), DVD, CD, radio, and PlayStation - perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

The ground level also comprises two inviting bedrooms furnished with double beds (160x200), a bathroom featuring a bath/shower and basin, a separate toilet for added convenience, and a practical washing room. Additionally, a charming third bedroom awaits, furnished with a single bed and a baby cot. Ascend to the upper level, where the fourth bedroom awaits, boasting a comfortable double bed (160x200) and its own ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower, basin, and toilet.

Nestled on a sprawling 5170m² verdant parcel of land, our villa offers an idyllic setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. The secure pool (9mx5m) can be heated upon request (extra charge), providing a delightful retreat for leisurely swims, accompanied by plush sun loungers for ultimate comfort. Step onto the partly covered terrace, where a generous dining table awaits, alongside entertainment options including a table tennis table and a foosball table - ensuring endless amusement for all ages.
