If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.
It is located in a private residence of 4 houses.
Villa Nyota is the only house for rent. The other houses are occupied by single people.
In February 2024, I equipped the villa with photovoltaic panels, batteries, a stabilizer (hybrid system with the village network) and a water pump. This allows the villa to be largely autonomous.

Deposit - inventory
** I ask you to pay a deposit of 200 euros at the latest 10 days before your arrival.
** You will get it back at the latest 10 days after the end of your stay. An inventory is carried out after each rental. In the event of damage or deterioration during your stay, please contact me immediately.
** In the event of damage, you will get your deposit back by bank transfer after assessing the amount of the repairs.
** The Property Manager will take photos of the damage in order to establish a report & assess the amount of the repairs.
** I will reimburse you, by bank transfer, the difference between the amount of your deposit & the amount of the repairs
