Villa Rita is modern and cosy, designed for a comfortable family holiday. Its hillside location provides not only great tranquillity but also a wide-ranging frontal sea view, from the Aeolian Islands to the lighthouse of Cefalù. With its large swimming pool, garden, relaxation areas and furnished terrace, it is an ideal solution for families, but also for couples of friends travelling together. The sandy beaches, lively old town and clubs of Cefalù are just a few minutes' drive away. The villa is located on a hill above Cefalù in a quiet residential area. It is 1.2 km from the village of Sant'Ambrogio where there is a bar, a pizzeria, a couple of restaurants, a wine shop and a mini market. Cefalù, with its wide choice of equipped beaches, bars, restaurants, shops, banks and pharmacies, is about 4.5 km from the villa.

Interior:

The front door opens onto the bright open-plan kitchen and dining area. This area of the house immediately becomes the ideal place to gather. During hot summer days, opening the large kitchen windows, the terrace and this part of the house become a large shared space for an al fresco dinner with a sea view. From the Aeolian Islands to the lighthouse of Cefalù you will witness the unique spectacle of the Sicilian coast at sunset time. Even having breakfast here is a privilege that leaves indelible memories of peace and beauty.

From the dining room, down the stairs you reach three spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms and a sitting room with television. From here, opening the windows provides direct access to the soft garden lawn and swimming pool. When it is hot outside, there is nothing better than a refreshing swim before enjoying some sunshine on the deckchairs surrounding the pool. There is also a shaded area nearby where you can relax with a good book or a cool drink, and a barbecue area.

Ground floor: air-conditioned open space with kitchen, dining room and direct access to the furnished terrace (dining table for 6 and outdoor seating area), cloakroom.

Lower floor: air-conditioned living room with television and access to the garden and swimming pool. One double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, direct access to the garden, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, separate shower and WC. One double bedroom with direct access to the garden. A twin bedroom, with joinable beds, also with its own direct access to the garden. A bathroom with shower and a third bathroom with bathtub. All rooms have air conditioning.

Exterior/Park:

Coming from the village of Sant'Ambrogio, Villa Rita is reached by a paved country road that winds through pine and olive trees. The property's elegant wooden gate opens onto a well-kept garden decorated with lawn and palm trees. The outdoor space comprises two areas. The entrance, where there is private parking, a beautiful garden with manicured lawn and a large semi-covered terrace (accessible from the garden and kitchen). The swimming pool, barbecue and solarium, on the other hand, are located on the lower floor of the villa (accessible via the stairs to the dining area). All with a breathtaking view of the sea.

Swimming pool:

The pool is 1.20m deep and measures approximately 8 x 4m. From its solarium complete with umbrellas and deckchairs, you can sunbathe and admire the incredible views with the sea in the distance. The pool will be open from May 1st to October 31st.
