Ideally located between the city of Aix en Provence (15 min), the charms of the Luberon (30 min) and the creeks of Marseille (45 min), our pretty Provencal house welcomes you with its large 3000 m2 unfenced garden and its swimming pool without any opposite.
In the agricultural land of the pretty village of Eguilles, your only neighbors will be the fields of olive trees, sunflowers, as well as the song of birds.
Arrived at the end of the renovation, our house looks like us, atypical, bohemian, marrying the charm of the old and the advantages of the contemporary with its wooden extension.
The lush and wild garden is home to many varieties of trees and plants from the region, as well as a large organic vegetable patch and two beehives. We produce our olive oil and our old varieties of vegetables. In the shade of the maple you can enjoy the swimming pool (10X5m) which enjoys an exceptional location facing a field of olive trees. A ping pong table is also waiting for you.
The house consists of a large living room kitchen / dining room of 30 m2, with large bay windows overlooking the garden and direct access to the terrace under the wisteria facing south.
In continuity, you will also find a lounge area, with its insert fireplace, its office spaces, and its piano for music lovers.
A first bedroom with independent access and a workshop canopy has its own bathroom and walk-in shower.
A second bedroom has its large dressing room and its view on the garden side.
A second 11m2 bathroom with a toilet and a large walk-in shower.
Two small rooms under the air-conditioned roofs complete the picture!
The bus stop for Aix is a few steps away and the hiking trail runs past our house.
The village, accessible on foot in 15 minutes or by car in 5 minutes, is typically Provencal and has excellent local shops (two butchers, vegetable merchants, tobacco, bakery, restaurants, grocery store ...)
