In the basement there is a spacious play room with one double bed and a sofa for your facility. The second building is a ground floor, easy to access for people who want to avoid stairs. There are two bedrooms with AC, a living room with AC and a flat TV, a modern kitchen, one bathroom and a washing machine. In the garden there is furniture so you can enjoy your meals and sun-beds for taking the sun. Outdoor shower with hot water, private car parking spaces and BBQ facilities. The beach is only few steps away from you! A private door, opposite of the villa, leads to the beach (keys for the door are provided). The villa is located in a calm family friendly neighborhood where you can have your privacy, however, shops and restaurants are three minutes drive. The food in the area is delicious and fresh fish is recommended!
