This deposit will be held on your credit card (either on arrival or one day before) and will be released within 7 days following your check-out. As the platform no longer manages the deposit, we now handle this directly with guests. You will be informed of this requirement when confirming your booking. The deposit must be paid either prior to or upon check-in.
