A step away from the house is a baker who produces fresh bread every day.
The house is equipped with all comforts. It has ample spaces and outdoor areas equipped with tables and chairs for your outdoor breakfasts and sofas and armchairs for relaxing moments. The house is on two levels, the ground floor has a beautiful open space kitchen with a peninsula equipped with everything needed for cooking and a large living room with fireplace and comfortable sofas. Upstairs are the bedrooms, divided by a beautiful living room with exposed beams and fireplace, large and bright with large and practical wall cabinets and ceiling fans. The bathrooms are very spacious, one of which has a large bathtub and a shower, the bathroom on the opposite side has a comfortable shower. From the upper floor you can enjoy the enchanting view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. A small terrace accessed via a spiral staircase will give you romantic aperitifs with the priceless view of the tip of Bellagio. The house has a classic and elegant style and is equipped with an alarm system and parking for several cars.

YOUR SPACE
The house is located in a quiet and restful area, outside of the main road, which is
busy with traffic during the Summer. Your total rest will be assured.
The house has large spaces. Its beautiful garden, with shadowy areas, is suitable to
the playing of children. The porch and the patio are equipped with tables and chairs,
and are perfect for your outdoor meals, from breakfast to dinner.

with an island, fully equipped for cooking. Next to the kitchen there is a large living room
room, with a fireplace and comfortable couches. The bedrooms are located on the
upper floor. In the bedrooms there is a second large living room, with a
fireplace, comfortable couches and a ceiling with visible logs. You will enjoy comfort
and privacy. The four bedrooms are large and full of light. They have large and
practical closets and fans on the ceilings, to cool your warmest nights. Two large
bathrooms, with marble surfaces in their furniture, have both bathtubs and showers. TO

The town of Lierna can be reached by car in a few minutes. It can also be reached on
foot with an easy walk. In downtown Lierna you will find a small supermarket, a

taking out pizza, a bank, a drug store (pharmacy) and three restaurants. In addition,
Lierna has a train station and a public boat dock.
Lierna has three beautiful beaches, Riva Bianca and the Grumo beach. In particular,
the Grumo beach is equipped with beach lounging chairs, showers, children’s games
and food, and can be reached on a 5-minute walk from the house through a slightly
inclined pedestrian street with access from the house garden.
Next to Riva Bianca there is a boat rental, which also offers guided excursions on the
lake.
A bakery-food market just next to the house will provide you with daily fresh bread.
If you like to walk, several nice walks and paths are accessible from Lierna.
The restaurants in the area will allow you to get to know the local cuisine, which
combines the lake eating with that of the surrounding mountains.
TO MOVE AROUND IN THE AREA
Lierna can be reached by car in one hour
and twenty minutes.
It is advisable to have a car for easily moving around, even if downtown Lierna can
also be reached on 10-15 minute walk.
Several very characteristic sections ("fractions") of Lierna can be visited on foot.
Several very panoramic mountain paths start directly from the house.
The town of Varenna can be reached by car in ten minutes. Public boats and ferry
boats (which also carry cars) leave from Varenna to the top destinations in the lake.
The main ski stations and mountain resorts (in Valtellina and in the Engadine) can be
reached by car in approximately two hours.
