It consists of a stunning open space, comfortable living area which opens into dining area, spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 8 guests. It also features a modern and bright open-plan kitchen for culinary wonders. The stunning property can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds and if needed there is a comfortable sofa in the lounge area, where two more guests can be accommodated. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 1 day notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 70€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.
