Situated on a spacious 645 square meter plot, this nearly 300 square meter home offers everything you need to relax and have fun. The exterior is a paradise for all ages, with a private 7x3 meter pool to cool off on sunny days, a children's play area equipped with a trampoline, slide, swing, basketball hoop, and ping pong table. You’ll also enjoy a charcoal barbecue with an outdoor dining table for 10 people, perfect for dinners under the stars. The outdoor parking area has space for up to 4 vehicles, ensuring comfortable and secure access.
The villa is distributed over 3 floors and has 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two single beds plus a third one that is pulled out from underneath. The third bedroom has two single beds. The fourth bedroom is located in the basement and has two single beds plus a double sofa bed in the lounge area. There is another full bathroom with shower and an additional toilet for extra comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you may need, including an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. There are also enough dishes and cutlery for all guests.
The main living room is spacious and cozy, with several comfortable sofas, a 65-inch Smart TV with international channels, and a dining table for 10 people, perfect for family gatherings or group dinners. Each room and the living room are equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort at all times.
In the basement, you’ll find a second living room, perfect for relaxing or working, with several sofas and a desk.
