It is surrounded by a large, shady one acre garden and olive trees with stunning views throughout. A modern TV and wifi, a table tennis table, boules and a hammock are all available for your enjoyment.

The villa is close to the Tuscan/ Umbrian border, near the local Italian lakeside town of Passignano where you can rent bikes, eat delicious gelato and visit its many restaurants.
