The villa is set over three floors with three double bedrooms and one twin room. Three en suite bathrooms and a separate WC. Two of the bedrooms have balconies views of the the Bay of Cannes and pool. A summer kitchen leads off of the indoor kitchen enabling outdoor dining using the built in barbecue. The sitting room has sofas, a dining area, reading area, Smart tv, Blueray DVD player as well as a Bose speaker and Alexa. There is private off road parking for at least three cars. You can spend your time exploring the beautiful perched villages, picnicking and boating on Lac St Cassien, visiting the Verdon Gorge, enjoying the beaches at Cannes, Mandelieu,Fréjus St Raphael. Take a trip to Nice, St Tropez or Cap Antibes. The choices are endless. If you want to relax by the pool and have dinner at one of the excellent local restaurants in the village or BBQ on the terrace in the summer kitchen overlooking pool. Fabulous choice of fish and meat at Auchan supermarket in Mandelieu or the village has a delicatessen selling à wide range of meat and poultry.
