It has a beautiful open living / dining area and kitchen with balcony doors, from where you have direct access to the private pool and a beautiful garden.
The very huge plot offers many opportunities for relaxation, whether you want to relax on one of the sun loungers next to the private pool or read a book on the bench in the garden. There is also a lot of fun for our small guests. The villa has a children's playground, trampoline, badminton, volleyball, and a basketball hoop, but also a smaller round pool with air jets. In the villa there is a pool table, darts, table football and a sauna. Also, there is an electric car charger available at the property, the property is charging 0,30 EUR per kilowatt.
