This floor is home to a modern and well-equipped kitchen with white units with wooden worktops as well as a bright living room, perfect for enjoying the company of family and friends. There are three bedrooms on this floor, each with an en-suite shower room, as well as an additional room with a sofa bed which can be made up as a fourth bedroom or kept as an additional living room for smaller groups.
An outdoor staircase at this Marsala villa rental leads to a large terrace enjoying wonderful panoramic views over the sea and the Egadi Isles. There is a table and chairs head as well as loungers should you wish to sunbathe away from the pool.

The property is set behind high white walls ensuring privacy and it is accessed via secure metal entrance gates. Finally, there is a large walled BBQ area with an elegant gazebo providing shade.

This Marsala villa rental is situated near the historic old town of Marsala and is within easy reach of the city centre. It is a fascinating part of Sicily with the historical influence of the Phoenicians, Arabs and Spanish who once lived here giving it a unique feel.
The house is also close to the Stagnone Nature Reserve which, as well as being home to some fascinating archaeological sites is also home to some of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Western Sicily. For the adventurous amongst you, it's also a popular spot for kite surfing. Also nearby and not to be missed are Marsala’s salt pans and characterful windmills.
Getting Around:
Whilst is is possible to walk to bars and cafes, we recommend hiring a car in order to explore all that the island has to offer.
